Abstract: The aim of this paper is to analyse the development and elements of international logistics. It points out to the fact that development of logistics is an ongoing process, closely connected with development of international trade. Further, it deals with the importance of speed in international transport, and customer’s satisfaction in international logistics. It also explains the relationship between international logistics and management of international supply chain. At the end, crucial elements of international logistics are being presented.
