Abstract: This paper shows the model of supply management within a concrete manufacturing chain. It gives some theoretical basis for the model developed by the aspect of different real supply management conditions within the supply chain. It also defines the basic concept of the objectivly oriented approach and the example of the supplies determination in real manufacturing conditions in a Business Manufacturing System (BMS).
