Ivan Stefanović

Abstract: Numerous indicators imply that environmental turbulence will continue to increase, which means that organizations will be forced to alter their strategies, processes and structures even more frequently. This is why the process of organizational design will become more important than ever before. This paper presents the process of organizational design, which is based on integrated approach to the organization. This means that we approach the organizational design in two opposite directions simultaneously: top-down and bottom-up. In this way, the process of organizational design takes strategy demands and the requirements of processes within the organization. in consideration.
