Abstract: The huge losses of energy in buildings in Serbia, has largely negative impact on the economy and standard of living. The solution could be greater use of energy efficiency measures in the whole country. Each project of energy efficiency in buildings can bring significant benefits to both investors and the community. With proper implementation of cost-benefit analysis, the costs and benefits resulting from implementation of projects of this type, can be recognized and measured from the standpoint of the community.
